  22. What is Webpresence?

  24.     Webpresence is an HTML editor. With it, you can quickly and easily construct sophisticated web pages for yourself and others. It's not essential, but a basic knowledge of the structure of web pages and how web browsers work is assumed. If you are new to the web and HTML, there are plenty of resources out there for the beginner. Any computer store will likely have a whole shelf of books devoted to the subject. Another great way to learn is to save pages you find on the web as "source" documents. Doing so leaves their tags intact so you can see for yourself what the browser is working with to format the page's various elements. Or just fiddle around. Enter some text, tag it, and see what your browser does with it. It's fun really!
